This interview will be done between Human Resource Manager and an applicant. The Human Resource Manager pays attention on how right you are answering, how well you are expressing your opinion. Further the Human Resource Manager makes a conclusion and introduces to his administration.
This interview will be done between an applicant, administration of Human Resource Department and the administration of the Company ordered the vacancy.
During the probation period, an applicant works for 3 days among the colleagues. Team-playing skills, speed to fulfil the tasks and responsibility are considered.
Scores and conlcusions made during the start of CV submission are considered on decision making.
